Terror to Women and Children

At the weekend, 17 people were killed in a village in Northwest Pakistan. The United States launched four Hellfire missiles from CIA predator drones at three houses in a mud-walled compound. They were acting on "good information" that an Al Qa'ida leader called Aymnan al Sawahirir was in one of the houses celbrating a a Moslem holiday. Five woman and five children were killed.

Now it seems that the Al Qa'ida leader was not there, so the attack was a mistake. Senator John McCain said, "We apologise, but we would do the same again".

I presume that Paul was speaking of godly government when he said.

For rulers hold no terror for those who do right, but for those who do wrong (Rom 13:3).

What has happened to the United States when it becomes a terror to women an children. Or are all Moslems classified as evil?

What kind of government launches Hellfire against women and children. Can this be the work of a godly nation?
