Thesis Two - King of Heaven and Earth

Jesus death and resurrection earned him authority over heaven and earth.

All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me (Matt 28:18).

He now reigns as king of heaven and earth, so he does not need to return to establish his Kingdom.
