The modern state has an immense and complicated apparatus for collection and spending funds taken from citizens. If the state were to cease providing salvation, tax collection would be unnecessary. Contributions to the cost of justice and defence should be by Voluntary Taxation

By some ironic twist of 'fate' your link to ' Voluntary Taxation ' routes directly to the Microsoft website.
Now I know that in one sense having to purchase Microsoft products is a form of 'voluntary taxation' however I doubt that this is the link you had in mind.
there are to many http:// in the link and one of them is missing the : character.
Resolve this and the link will function correctly.
It was a good chuckle though.
